It is important to make sure you are ordering the correct items as ALL sales are final. THERE ARE NO FULL REFUNDS.
If you decide you do not want the part/s you ordered, there is no reason to open the box and/or examine the parts.
Buyer’s remorse is NOT a valid reason for return/cancellation.
Cancellations: All canceled orders are subject to a 10% cancellation/processing fee, no exceptions. Once an order has been shipped it can NOT be cancelled. SPECIAL ORDER items are not able to be cancelled and can NOT be returned or exchanged.
Lost packages: Our responsibility is to prepare your order for shipping. Once Shipped the shipping company is now responsible for the delivery of your package. If your package is lost by the shipping company, you the buyer are responsible for working with us to open a claim with the shipping company. Claims can take 2-6 weeks for the shipping company to complete. During this time the shipping company will reach out to you in order to approve or deny the claim. We CANNOT refund or reship lost or stolen packages that are not approved by the shipping company.
Stolen Packages: If you believe your package has been stolen, you are responsible for filing a police report and working with your local deliverer to retrieve your package. The shipping company or G8Only Corp are NOT responsible for delivered packages that have been stolen.
Packages are covered by the basic insurance amount APPROVED by the shipping company. We do offer the opportunity to add “Signature Required” in your cart for any order over $250.
Any damaged or defective items must be warrantied through the manufacture of the product. We are not liable or responsible for product issues. We sell products but do not make them. We CANNOT replace or refund items that are damaged or defective.

Returns: Returns must be made within 15 days after delivery in brand new unopened condition. ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM 15% RESTOCKING FEE. Items that are returned must be returned inside of a box, packaging that is damaged will be refused.
Items that are returned as ineligible as listed below will be refused and return shipment back to you is your responsibility.
