Developed over 6 build generations of catch cans, we do our own testing to prove out our parts, on the bench and the track.

As our standards increased so did our validation requirements.  Eventually this led us where we had to invent our own test equipment, assemblies, and methods to be fair to ourselves and our customers, and bring Real Data to a business previously dominated by hype.

Our vapor efficiency test is Hard.  It is a several hour long test where we atomize oil and draw this through the test can.  The amount of oil dispensed is compared to the amount caught during constant conditions so that the results below are very relevant and repeatable.

Our flow test is Hard.    We hook up to a very large supply line, and quite simply blast the can with air, but with a very particular strategy, from 0-3psi of pressure, while monitoring 7 different digital sensors.  This data is recorded at 50 times per second and compiled.

Quite frankly these tests put most every catch can on the market to Shame.  The storage rack is literally called the ‘Wall of Shame’.
