While 50mm idler pulleys are often considered less ideal due to the stress high RPMs place on bearings, certain builds require them to achieve proper belt routing and tension. The DMS 50mm Supercharger Idler Pulley is the reliable solution for demanding LS9 and LSA applications — including 2009–2013 ZR1 Corvettes and LSA supercharged builds using oversized crank pulleys.

Other brands have failed under these conditions, but we engineered this pulley to outlast and outperform the rest. Built with Italian-made high-speed bearings and a Spirolox retainer ring for optimal performance and balance at high RPMs. Machined from 6061 billet aluminum, anodized black for corrosion resistance, and designed for factory bolt compatibility with included bearing spacers.
