Durable 3D Printed ASA Construction

Manufactured by LuMax Labs, each panel is 3D printed using ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate), a durable thermoplastic known for its excellent heat resistance, impact resistance, and dimensional stability.

ASA also offers excellent resistance to UV exposure and environmental conditions, making it a great material for automotive applications.

The panel features an 8.5″ outer diameter and adds approximately 1/2″ of additional clearance, providing extra room for fuel pump components and connections beneath the rear seat.

Important Installation Information

Professional installation is strongly recommended.

Installation requires cutting an access opening in the vehicle’s sheet metal beneath the rear seat. Care must be taken to avoid damaging the fuel tank, fuel lines, wiring, and surrounding components.

This is a one-piece panel. Unlike our 2-piece CNC aluminum kits, the entire panel must be removed for future fuel pump access.

The access panel does not eliminate the need to follow proper fuel system safety procedures when servicing or modifying fuel system components.
