Lokar Hi-Tech Flexible Braided Stainless Trans Dipstick 36"
A must for a 17-18 yr old car. Especially if you plan on modding it. Many cars do not come with a transmission dipstick but how else can you monitor your tans fluid. This is an easily addition if you take your time routing it from your engine bay down to the transmission fill port. If your are running LTH this can easily be routed out of the way. Smaller hands can make the installation easier.
For someone who’s had a lot of transmission issues in the past this has helped ease my mind.
Once the transmission was filled according to the builder I stuck the stick in to see where the level was while normal temp and at operating temp. I made two marks on the end of the stick so I’d have a ballpark on the fluid.
Wiping off the stick with a white paper towel helped me realize my fluid was a funny color and needed more inspection.
I installed it with the engine in the car and it wasn’t difficult for someone with smaller hands.
